Open Office 3.1 is out!

The new Open Office is now available! It includes improvements to how graphics are rendered on screen, and improved highlighting, file locking and comments for easier collaborations with multiple users. Click here for a full list of new fetatures. But the feature I looked forward to most is the inclusion of locale support for Tok Pisin! Now, just need to compile a dictionary for Tok Pisin! Yippee!!!

You can now download it from the OpenOffice website. OpenOffice.org is a office software suite for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, graphics, databases and more. It is available in many languages and works on all common computers. It stores all your data in an international open standard format and can also read and write files from other common office software packages. It can be downloaded and used completely free of charge for any purpose. You will be surprised how much it can do compared with Microsoft's Office!
